- Wetsport Added February 26, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Working at Jaytex has shown me how toxic a company can be, The staff turn over is high. They are very competitive on price leaving a lot of pressure to one manager on site. Their ISO and Federal accreditation is not consistent across all sites. Young inexperience people are employed to manage sites and the contractors are relied on for their knowledge. Seeing 1st hand The quality of work that is excepted is embarrassing and the cost for re-works is enormous. Jaytex has a list of company values and policies that are not practiced and are only marketed to sell the business. I cant see a company like this lasting with site works. It will be put down to a skills shortage instead of shrewd dealings. Anyway enough from me I've got a career to finish.
