  Went to chemist to check if there is a fax from top end under my name but they couldnt find it. Confuse n furious of the situation, I asked so what can I do? The Pharmacist replied, "so what do you expect me to do?" . Better go back to study on how to serve customer, especially sick people. Systems that confusing for customers has been an issue, so better train the staffs properly on how to do a proper customer service, especially to people who are experiencing their hard time/ not in a good condition. Very disappointing, deserve 0 star on customer service.

  Cashier refused to provide a physical receipt. I asked multiple times and she said she would not provide a physical receipt in order to comply with 'government policy'. I left rather than arguing but this is a breach of Australian consumer law.

  My daughter-in-law bought a body spray for her daughter and when she got it home the lid was cracked and the atomiser wasn’t working. She tried to return it and the lady on the counter refused to replace it and insisted that it wasn’t cracked when my daughter-in-law paid for it. I’m absolutely disgusted with this lady’s response over a $10 article. I won’t be shopping at Chemist Warehouse again.

  Went to buy a product today.
  The lady cashier (working at 1630 on 14th August) was so rude. I think the person working on customer care should care the customer.

  Do not waste your time with the pharmacy here. We have been getting medication monthly from this pharmacy for 3.5 years. Today was the last straw. We were accused of stealing one of our last months medications when we went to pay. They told us we never paid in August. I have ALWAYS paid for my medication. Period. Rather than listening to us they told us we need to dig through our records to prove we paid. Utterly ridiculous. Clearly there is some sort of issue in the system or someone has made an error on their end. I won't pay twice for medication I know I purchased and I won't stand for these accusations. Go to another pharmacy. These guys have no idea what they are doing. This isn't the first ridiculous issue I have had either, but its the one that I am now drawing the line at. Absolutely appalling service.
