  If you are looking for excellent service look no further. I have worked with a number of property managers and Now Leasing NT is my favorite. Especially Bre Fagan is a delight to work with. Being an interstate investor I needed all the support to confidently invest in the Territory. Bre always goes above and beyond whats expected of her.

  I have been a tenant with NOW leasing for the past 6 years having had a completely seam free experience with them all the way.
  Over that time my interactions with their property managers have been prompt, pleasant and consistent, with any concerns attended to in a timely and communicative manner.
  If I ever have need for a property manager, either as an owner or potential leasee in the future, I will certainly approach Now Leasing as my company of choice.

  As tenants, the team at Now Leasing NT were fantastic to deal with throughout our application, lease, and when we vacated the lovely rental property at the end of our lease. We were especially lucky to have Bre coordinating our lease, who was very organised, kind, has great communication, efficient processes, and was supportive of our dog too. Having moved a lot for the purposes of work, this was easily the best rental experience we've ever had! We highly recommend Now Leasing NT. Sincerely, Nancy, Tom, and Otto

  I initially engaged another realestate agency to look after my rental property and was constantly messed around with lack of information and timelines.
  
  I engaged NOW Leasing on Tuesday last week 4/7, had my property online 6/7, first open home 7/7 and 3 suitable applicants immediately, additionally have another open home 11/7 with another 10 prospective tenants. I have been blown away with the supportive nature of my property manager Meg and her assistant Jess, and felt understood and heard by Jo when I called to change my management to Now leasing.
  
  What a fantastic experience as a first time landlord! Clear communication from the team, timelines and driven to get good tenants in my home in a short time frame. This team is proactive, contacting prospective tenants in their database looking for homes similar to mine.
  
  Would not recommend anyone else in Darwin given the interactions I have had with this phenomenal team.

  Outstanding services and staff that go far and beyond what is expected in managing my investment property & I also rent through Now Leasing.
  
  After multiple different property managers in Darwin over 8 years, Now Leasing are the only property managers I have found to be incredibly helpful, extremely competent and have never failed to answer any correspondence or questions I have, they are very punctual in replies which is such a relief as an owner and a renter.
  
  I highly recommend all the lovely ladies at Now Leasing as they will give you peace of mind with your property.
  
  Thank-you to Bre , Meg and Jo who I have dealt with over the last few years, you are all amazing :-)
