  Like other customers.
  I agree with fitting you in quickly.
  I had a problem with an engine light showing that needed diagnosing.
  In a nutshell, I was charged $300 for them to perform a "smoke test" and a $20 bottle
  of fuel additive and a "Just drive it and see what happens attitude" I did have a service booked in but cancelled due to being scared of how much they would charge to do some work that involved parts and labour.
  I took it to these guys because they specialise in working on Vws, in hindsight a normal mechanic would have done a better job.

  i took my VW Caddy van for repair,The car was diagnosed with a faulty injector hence the rough running.$1700 the car is up and running. So i head off to do the drive back to Brisbane but180 kms down the road in the middle of nowhere the car dies goes back into limp mode and starts running rough just like before. I call Paddys tell them i am broken down with same fault.Hoping to get some sort of help i was deflated when they tell me well can't help you you need get the car back to workshop.So i was left to work it all out 11 hours later and the cost of $900 i get the car back to Darwin.I can tell you i was so very disappointed with the lack of after sales service.So now i have packed the car onto a truck for the trip back to Brisbane. So very disappointed in their response to my problem

  Great staff, friendly and polite. kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Very accomodating to my needs. Great price. Did everything I asked for and paid great attention to my vehicle. It was a big job and they did it well. Would recommend to anyone. Especially if you have a European car.

  Best VW mechanic in Darwin. It took over 12 months to find the place, eventually through a friend.

  Literally best mechanic doesn't stuff anyone around gets the job done asks you before you want anything done before he goes a head and does it cannot thank him enough got my car back on the road better then I've ever had it huge thanks to him and his team. (Locally owned and operated)

  These guys know their VW's. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else now I've found them. They were so thorough with my service and reasonably priced. Gave me a quote, phoned when they found something and got my "ok" before they did any work. Thanks Paddy's.

  Fantastic. There's few superlatives that are good enough to describe the feeling of leaving your transporter in such capable hands. This man, Patrick, is a gem and a God send. Absolutely honest and has a very mechanically capable wife too. If you live in Darwin or just travelling through, these are the people to go to. Brilliant. Thank you team.
