  Wonderful team of staff. Ryan was a very helpful sales person. He went right out of his way for me, delivering my new Raptor to the airport for me, on a public holiday. Great service, fast reliable. I would recommend these guys for a great deal, an a smooth transaction.

  Ryan Rowsell was a pleasant man to deal with, he was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met when looking at purchasing a vehicle. Ryan was professional, kind and never hesitated to answer any of my calls and questions. As I live in Western Australia, I could not attend the dealership myself, but Ryan was able to assist in driving the car to a mechanic at the day and time specified without any complaints. I would recommend dealing with him when purchasing a car from Hidden Valley Ford.

  Being an interstate buyer was daunting, but Hidden valley Ford sent me a walk around video and were more than happy to help and assist when I wanted an independent inspection done. Long story short I purchased the car and picked it up today and couldn't be happier with the condition and cleanliness of the car (not to mention a full tank of fuel!)
  
  Special mention must got to Keiran Bolton, where nothing was an issue and he did a lot of running around for me which made it a 5 start experience. (Vic car dealers should take note)
  
  Customer service is first class and the quality/condition of their cars matches this.(thanks again to Keiran!) Would be happy to recommend anytime which is why I have taken the time to write a review.

  The service I received was second to none. Ryan Roswell sold me a Holden Colorado and the car is fantastic.
  
  Incompetence on behalf of a third party organising the financials meant a month between the date I signed the documents until the assets were shifted over. During this time Ryan was very understanding and helpful and just a dead set good bloke. He looked after the car, threw in some extras and made the process of adding aftermarket features in the overall quote and sale so easy.
  
  If you’re looking to get a used car I couldn’t recommend him any higher. Great work guys, keep it up.
